GIF wants to grow and to let its customers choose the products it selects with increasing reliability and satisfaction.
The product that you can find on our sites are not available all year long, just because we want to protect their "freshness" and also because the local production is not yet industrial.

GIF buys exclusively and directly from the producers that certify the provenance and quality of the products in compliance with the Italian and European regulations as regards local and organic products.
Availability of the product
The information system of our sites www.tipicidiqualitadellatuscia.it and www.tipicidiqualitadellatuscia.com was conceived to provide immediate carriyng out of orders and to save customers from a long wait,in fact, our system indicates in real time, in its electronic catalogue, the availability of the product or any possible unavailanbility.
In case an order should exced the amount available in stock, our information system will let the customer know wheter the product will be available or not in future. If so, the system will allow the customer to buy and receive, on the appointed date, only the quantity in stock. The products cannot be tried.

All the cold pork meat and cheeses and, in general, all loose products are sold by pieces and not by their weight, the weight mark is purely an indication.
GIF has committed itself to respect, as far as possible, a, +-10% allowance.

Guarantees and indication of products' prices

The shopping trolley
As in every shop the same is on our site, that is, before buying a product you are expected to put it into your shopping trolley, first, and, then, to go to the checkout counter. Choose the products that are in categories listed inside the menu or find them through the search engine inside and stack them one by one in your shopping trolley. If you want to buy a larger numbers of items of the same product you can, any time, modify its quantity by displaying the trolley. Besides, you can add to your trolley products of another trolley you have previously saved.

Has the package containing your order been broken or tampered with? Do not take it! GIF will take care of sending back the purchased goods, free in case your package is broken or has been tampered with, you must categorically refuse to accept it ; your goods will be replaced and sent back.
In any case, GIF will commit itself to replacing damaged packages at its expense,as regard either the replacement or the redelivery, according to principle: either you are pleased with,or you will be refunded?

Limits:
the withdrawal right will not be accepted when:

Reimbursement:
If the withdrawal is carried out in conformity with what has been previously stated,GIF will commit itself to:
- replacing the goods;
-or reimbursing,through bank transfer, the amount paid to buy the products returned within 30 working days from the day on which GIF will lwarn about the exerciseof the withdrawal right from the customer. If the withdrawal right is asserted in accordance with the arranged procedures and terms,GIF will commit itself to refunding the possible already collected money fot the purchased product except the forwarding charges for the delivery of the purchased goods.
GIF Ltd will give back ,in addition to the cashed money for the purchase products, the forwarding charges for the purchased products only in case the returning of the products is due to reasons ascribable to GIF Ltd, in case, for example, the goods should not be in possession of all the promised essential characteristics, in case they should have production defects or should mistakes occur during the delivery. the amount already paid out will be refunded as soon as possible and ,in any case, within 30 days from when GIF has learnt about the exercise of your withdrawal right once the correct implementation
of the above mentioned terms and conditions has been evaluated, we will undertake to expedite the reimbursement operations.

After your returning the products, GIFF will undertake all the necessary verification to assess their conformity to the above-mentioned terms and conditions.
